Full Description

Our SC Platinum high performance wide dynamic dome camera has it all – an advanced Sony chip set, ultra-high resolution, low light lux rating, and much more.  Surface & flush mount option, tri-axis, and 90 degree tilt offer complete flexibility for just about any application.

The CD50WRWD offers 480 lines resolution, 0.1 lux or 0.0003 night mode low light rating, auto white balance, auto backlight, auto gain and level controls to easily handle the harshest of lighting conditions.  Settings for natural, incandescent, or fluorescent lighting allow the user to maximize picture quality.

A precision grounded, aspherical 3 to 12mm auto iris lens makes for an easily customizable field of view and offers a focal range suitable for nearly any installation.  The DC driven iris constantly monitors light levels and adjusts to rapid changes in fractions of a second.

The CD50WRWD outputs video using an industry standard {Video Out Connector} connection.  Camera can be powered using a wide range of DC voltage ranging from 11 to 20 volts and automatically adjust allowing the use of 24 VAC making longer cable runs possible.

Finally, to simplify installation and adjustments, we have added a 2nd video output located just inside the camera housing to easily check both advanced settings and camera.  Mounting screws, drywall plugs, housing key and easy to understand operation / installation guide are also included.

+ How Much Are You Losing

Determine your potential losses without a Video Security System and how much you can save.

Since 1991, the University of Florida has conducted an annual National Retail Security Survey (NRSS), to anonymously gather retail loss and prevention metrics in various vertical retail markets for the previous year. This study has become a leading resource to gauge retail loss prevention and retail store security practices in the United States. In it's 15th and most recent publication - The 2006 National Retail Security Survey - 151 corporate retail chains representing 26 different vertical retail markets were surveyed.

In the calculator below, we have leveraged the statistics from this survey to provide an estimate to the question on every store owner's mind... "How Much Am I Losing?"

1. What kind of store do you manage?

2. What are your Gross Annual Sales?

3. What is your Net Profit Margin?

. %
Next, to model your return on investment in a video security system, we ask you to estimate the following...

4. Security Investment

5. % of crime you can prevent

. %
* Based on our experience and customer feedback, it is safe to assume that 25% of retail loss can be prevented by the typical video security system. But please, enter a number that feels comfortable to you. To help you estimate this number, we have provided below a chart outlining the various sources of retail loss. These numbers are also taken directly from the 2006 NRSS.

Also, 2-3 frames per second (fps) will capture activity, but not in real time.
